Returns & Refunds Policy 

Right of Withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 90 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 90 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at norda.essentials@gmail.com within the withdrawal period. Please include your order number, name, and details of the product(s) you wish to return.


Effects of Withdrawal

  • If you withdraw, we will refund all payments made, including standard delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

  • Refunds may be withheld until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.


Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as the responsibility for the return lies with you until we receive the products.


Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken (e.g. underwear, cosmetics).

  • Perishable goods.

  • Digital goods once access has been provided.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 90 days at norda.essentials@gmail.com. Exchanges will be processed once we have received the returned product.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
